ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached house with a standing, private swimming pool, set quietly, 2 km from Scopello, approx. 70 km southwest of Palermo, on the northern coast of Sicily. The house is neatly and comfortably furnished and offers a fine view of the sea. The house comes with a large veranda with a summer kitchen. Only 400 m from the house is a small rocky beach with crystal-clear water that can be reached on foot. This region is famous for its magnificent bays, rocks, and beaches, as well as for its various nature reserves. The nearest reserve, Riserva dello Zingaro, is only 5 km away. Daytrips can be made to the excellent ports of Trapani and Palermo. Erice and Castellammare del Golfo, two characteristic towns, are also well worth visiting. Segesta, in the hinterland, features the archaeological excavations of an unfinished temple and a theatre, dating back to the third century B.C. Beach: 400 m.
